Aged in oak,  complex aromas of spice, vanilla and rich caramel highlight the nose of this elegantly balanced wine.  A harmonious palate of berry fruit flavors and a soft tannic core compliment a subtle peppery finish.  This Shiraz is made with multi-award winning, Organically Certified grapes.
