A hand crafted Methode Champenoise made using the traditional French method of bottle fermentation. An exquisite estate-grown sparkling Pinot Noir Chardonnay, featurng a persistant bead of fine bubbles, a soft and creamy palate with lively citrus and melon flavours, followed by a crisp finish.
