Colour is translucent red. This light and fruity Cascade Rose, made in the traditional way by fermenting Premium WA shiraz without their skins, shows strawberries and raisin on the nose while the palate is soft, ever so slightly sweet and highly flavoured. The wine finishes crisp and clean.
