By placing an order through this website you agree to the following trade terms and conditions:
Liquor Licensing Laws
• The Department for Racing, Gaming and Liquor has laws in Australia which we must adhere to. We must not sell wine to anyone under the age of 18 years old. It is also against the law for us to sell or supply to a person who is obtaining alcohol on behalf of a person under the age of 18. If you are purchasing wine as a gift, the recipient of the gift must also be over 18 years old. By placing an order you are confirming that you are 18 years or over, and the recipient of the wine is 18 years or over.
Payment Security
• Your credit card information will remain confidential and fully encrypted from start to finish via our National Australia Bank payment gateway.
• Details of your wine order, contact details and delivery instructions will not be given to any third party.
• Your credit card details will not be disclosed to anyone apart from the bank and will only be used for payment of your order.
Delivery
• Delivery charges will vary depending on the destination of your delivery address.
• When ordering, the Shopping Cart will show a total order amount including delivery to your specified delivery address.
• Your order will be delivered by Australia Post in most circumstances. Our warehouse is located in Perth, and from here, your order should arrive within 5-10 working days from the date of order.
• If you are not home to receive your order, Australia Post will leave a card in your mail box, and your order will be available for pick up from your local Post Office. You may be required to produce ID for proof of age and identity at the Post Office.

• Whilst we take every precaution with the files we make available on our website, protection from malicious or destructive content such as viruses, worms or trojan horses remains your responsibility.
